Sehra Federspiel brings more than 20 years of hands-on healthcare experience to her role as the Franchisee of Express Healthcare Staffing Colorado. After over a decade as a registered nurse, Sehra now channels her deep-rooted passion for patient care into helping healthcare facilities meet their staffing needs with qualified, compassionate professionals.
A proud Colorado native who attended Colorado State University, Sehra began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and has since built a diverse clinical background as a Registered Nurse in Cardiovascular Care, Radiation, Oncology, Gastrointestinal, and Spine. She has held leadership roles across a range of healthcare settings including hospitals, home health agencies, skilled rehab centers, and ambulatory surgery centers. Most recently, she served as the Administrator and Director of Nursing at SpineOne Ambulatory Surgery Center in Lone Tree, Colorado.
Through Express Healthcare Staffing, Sehra is committed to ensuring safe, effective patient care by aligning clinical staffing with both patient needs and operational goals—supporting healthcare teams while strengthening communities across Colorado.
