William H. (Bill) Stoller is Founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Express Employment Professionals, a privately-held, leading staffing provider in the United States, Canada and South Africa. Founded in 1983, Express annually employs over 552,000 people across more than 825 franchise locations worldwide.
Additionally, Stoller is president of The Stoller Group, owning 27 franchises mostly in Oregon, Washington and Arizona, and owns Xenium HR, a professional employer organization. Bill is also the Founder of Stoller Family Estate in Dayton, Oregon, a vineyard and winery located on nearly 400 acres in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley which produces primarily pinot noir and chardonnay wines. He also owns Chehalem winery in Newberg.
Stoller graduated from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in business and economics, and obtained a master’s degree from Portland State University in business administration. Prior to co-founding Express, Stoller began his career with Acme Personnel Services in 1973 as a consultant trainee and subsequently held positions as branch manager, group manager, district manager and regional manager for Oregon and Utah.
